Bay Breeze Point HOA Encroachment Agreement with the City of Norfolk

Bay Breeze Point HOA had to replace an old encroachment agreement/easement with the City of Norfolk which had not been properly and timely transferred to the HOA. HOA representatives, along with HOA legal counsel, worked with the City to finalize a new encroachment agreement that covers the entrance area to Bay Breeze Point.
