Traffic Alert — Portions of Pleasant Ave will be Closed

The City has identified a small leak in an underground water line that must be repaired. The area needing repairs is under the east bound lane of Pleasant Ave where it runs around the traffic circle/square near 27th Bay St in East Beach. This section of Pleasant Ave will be closed for the duration of the repairs. Impacts to your Bay Breeze Point departures and arrivals should be minimal: you will still be able to depart on Pleasant Ave and other streets like 30th Bay and 29th Bay, but you will need to return via Pretty Lake and 29th Bay to avoid the street closure. Actual repairs start date has not been announced but should be soon.
