Stolen Vehicles

Norfolk Police Department representatives have requested that the following be made available to our HOA members: Norfolk has seen an increase of stolen autos from September 1-30. For that month alone, there were a total of 82 motor vehicles stolen, 19% of the motor vehicles stolen had keys left inside the vehicle.
