If you use Pleasant Ave to depart and return to Bay Breeze Point, your travel will be impacted for construction around the area of “Fountain Park” (the circle near 27th Bay St) in East Beach for the next few weeks. New cobblestones will be installed behind the curbs along the corners of the park, then Pleasant Ave will be milled and repaved between ~4643 Pleasant Ave through 28th Bay St.
