EOV Civic League Mtg Announcement

Everyone is cordially invited to join us for our first meeting of the fall season. Mr. James Rogers, Director, Dept of Neighborhood Development, City of Norfolk, will be our guest speaker. He’ll be accompanied by Mr. Chuck Rigney, Acting Director, Development, City of Norfolk. They’ll address upcoming development activities in our area. We also welcome Ms. Joline Morgan, co-owner, Lagoon Restaurant, who has submitted an application to the City for live music; she will explain her proposal and we will vote thereafter. We meet at the EOV Recreation Center at 9520 20th Bay Street (where we vote) this Thursday (Sep 4th); start promptly at 7:00 p.m. and finish at 8:30 p.m. All are welcome so please join us!
