The proposed Phase 1 apartment complex to be constructed south of Pretty lake Avenue and across Pretty Lake Avenue from the intersections of 30th Bay and 29th Bay is almost ready to begin construction within the next few months — it has been in the planning phase since 2006 with building plans developed in 2009.
