Repairs on the public beach accessway will begin on September 26, 2023. In addition, some damaged or ineffective sand fencing removal will begin as well on that day.

Crime Alert
BBP and nearby communities are experiencing increased vehicle related crimes. Please help stop these by locking your vehicles, securing your valuables and keeping your driveways illuminated at night. Additionally, you will be receiving a HOA-wide email discussing this and how to receive a free steering wheel lock for Hyundai and KIA owners.
2023 Summer Social was a Super Event
BBP’s 2023 “Summer Social” focused on Neighborhood Watch and was deemed a total success with 75-80 residents participating. Norfolk Police with their ice cream truck was a plus, thanks to Denise. Overall, social success can be attributed to Tammy & Colin Kelly for planning and hosting the event.

Announcing BBP’s Rescheduled Summer Social
BBP’s summer social for all residents has been rescheduled to Friday July 21, 2023 beginning at 5:30pm. Ocean View’s Mermaid Run – May 6, 2023
Register for OV’s Mermaid Run (www.oceanviewsports.net) and enter the 5K sand run/walk or the 1 mile fun run/walk. These May 6, 2023 activities will be held at OV Beach Park.
