Subject: Suspicious Persons in Neighborhoods

Good Afternoon All,

We are getting reports from several of our communities that Suspicious Persons are going door to door in their neighborhoods, pretending to be with alarm companies. In one area, the description of the subject is a mixed race male between 20-30 yrs old; 5’7 – 5’9 feet tall; 170-200 lbs. He was last seen wearing a red polo shirt and a red and white baseball cap.

Please do not open your doors to anyone that you do not know. If you wish to speak with the person, do so through a locked door or window. Please call 441-5610 if you see this, or any other, suspicious persons in your community.

The Bay Breeze Community Yard Sale

Considering another Bay Breeze Point Community Yard Sale for summer of 2010.

Are you interested?

  • Take some time to clean out.
  • Then make some money having a yard sale.
  • The more participants the better.

Advertisement, Signs, and Purchasing of sale permits will be handled by Vern and Margaret Aunchman.

  • All forms will be handed out the week before the yard sale.
  • Cost is $12 *: $5 for permit and $7 for advertisement (*Cost up from last year due to better ad in paper).
  • Date to be determined – Dates being considered are June 12, 19 or 26.` It will be a Saturday only sale.
  • Will not organize unless there are at least 8 participants.
  • All sales will be held on your property. You are welcome to join with a neighbor and share yard, tables and cost, but each resident will count as one yard sale.
