Current Bay Breeze Point (BBP) property owners and renters are invited to the BBP annual HOA meeting on October 20, 2025 beginning at 6pm at the EOV Recreation Center (9520 20th Bay St). Guests must be preapproved and invited by the BOD. Contact BBP’s property manager for updates and/or questions.
