Update: February 20, 2016 Bay Breeze Point Beach Cleanup
A special thanks to several HOA members and one out-of-towner who braved the nice weather to help cleanup our beach. Roger, Betty, Fran, and Roger’s relative from Richmond formed the nucleus of the cleanup team.

February 2016 BOD Meeting Announcement
The February 2016 Bay Breeze Point BOD monthly meeting will be held on February 8th at the East Ocean View Community Center, 9520 E. 20th Bay St, Norfolk, VA beginning at 6:00 PM.
Bay Breeze Point Beach Cleanup
Please join us in cleaning up the beach/sand dunes near our community (between the Little Creek inlet and 30th Bay St) on February 20th. Roger Eyrolles has volunteered to head up this effort. If you have some time, please join Roger and others at the beach access way off Bay Point Dr @ 9 AM with trash bags and wearing protective clothing, including gloves.

(Note: If you plan to attend this meeting, please remember that a section of Pleasant Ave is closed and you’ll need to enter the area via 21st Bay St then follow signage to 20th Bay St.)

Bay Breeze Point HOA Annual Meeting — November 16, 2015
Our annual HOA meeting is scheduled for Monday evening, November 16th, starting @ 6pm. We are honored this year to have several city officials (the Mayor, a beach/dune sand replenishment expert, and our local city councilman) as guest speakers on the agenda. This is your opportunity to receive information and ask questions about our community and Norfolk related actions. If you can’t attend our HOA meeting, please provide your proxy to someone who plans to attend or any current Board member. Hope to see at our annual meeting.

EOV CRIME ALERT
If you leave your vehicle outside (either in your driveway or on the street), please take a little extra time to insure that it’s secure and any valuables within it are out of sight or removed. East Ocean View (EOV) continues to experience larcenies from autos — with the latest ones being right outside our front entrance. And, if you see suspicious activities, please call 9-1-1 and let the NPD check out the situation.
