The August 2015 Bay Breeze Point BOD monthly meeting will be held on August 10th at the East Ocean View Community Center, 9520 E. 20th Bay St, Norfolk, VA beginning at 6:00 PM.
East Beach will be hosting a kids parade on the morning of July 4th that will impact some streets in our area, e.g., Pleasant Ave between the area around 28th Bay St and 25th Bay St. If you’re leaving or returning to BBP, suggest you use 30th Bay St or 29th Bay St and Pretty Lake Ave. Wishing everyone a safe and fun holiday, Your HOA Volunteers
The July 2015 Bay Breeze Point BOD monthly meeting will be held on July 20th at the East Ocean View Community Center, 9520 E. 20th Bay St, Norfolk, VA beginning at 6:00 PM.
The June 2015 Bay Breeze Point BOD monthly meeting will be held on June 8th at the East Ocean View Recreation Center, 9520 E. 20th Bay St, Norfolk, VA beginning at 6:00 PM.
The May 2015 Bay Breeze Point BOD monthly meeting will be held on May 11th at the East Ocean View Recreation Center, 9520 E. 20th Bay St, Norfolk, VA beginning at 6:00 PM.
The planned April 13th BOD meeting is CANCELLED. The next BOD meeting is scheduled for May 11th.

A potentially serious crime occurred on January 6th around 5:30AM in the 9600 block of 23rd Bay St — an individual was robbed. Please take extra care to ensure your safety and that of your neighbors — remember this crime occurred in the early AM, but others have occurred at night and during the day. Maintaining situation awareness is critical, so keep your guard up 24/7.
Help enhance the desirability and livability of our community in 2015 — volunteer some of your spare time to help keep our community clean and safe. Your participation can be as simple as reporting street light outages or joining our neighborhood watch team or helping keep our community clean. Lastly, constructive suggestions that would positively impact all HOA members fairly are always welcome.
