Everyone should have received their Annual HOA Meeting package by now for our scheduled October 24, 2022 meeting to be held at the EOV Rec Center (9520 E. 20th Bay Street) beginning at 6PM. If you did not receive a package, please contact our association manager (Kimberly Cox) and she will get you one. And, don’t forget, if your schedule will not allow you to attend our meeting, please give your proxy to someone.
The beach accessway off Bay Point Dr will be closed for about three weeks beginning October 17, 2022 to allow time for the contractor to address concerns discovered by City officials. Closure signage should be erected by the contractor.

Due to area flooding, tonight’s planned BOD meeting at the EOV Recreation Center must use alternate venues because safe access to the Recreation Center is not possible. Hence, Zoom procedures will be used for guests.
