A recap of the November 2010 MOVTF meeting is attached.
MOVTF Meeting Recap 2010-11-18 (DOC).
The BOD meeting minutes have been added for
September 20th and
September 27th 2010.
Given the white masonry fence/wall’s legal status (Phase 1 Fencing Study Group Results), a follow-on Phase 2 study group was tasked with the specific propose of identifying potential alternatives for the white masonry fence/wall.
Attached are: 1) an executive summary of the Phase 2 actions and 2) a PowerPoint presentation that shows alternatives identified along with some pros/cons/implementation actions for each.
When reviewing these attachments, please recall that this Phase only identified potential alternatives. Future actions regarding the white masonry fence/wall will need additional in-depth study and discussions to ensure the alternative selected can be embraced by all HOA members.
Further alternative discussions will be scheduled next year and the results will be presented to the HOA.
The BOD meeting minutes have been added for
August 2010.

Our planned September 9th HOA-wide meeting regarding the fencing study has been canceled — our HOA legal counsel had a major scheduling conflict. This meeting agenda will be added to our scheduled November 16th annual HOA meeting — HOA legal counsel will attend this meeting to address any questions you might have regarding the fencing legal issues.
